We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Due to high demand during our ongoing sale, please allow a brief dispatch delay—orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location. If your country is not listed at checkout we do not have shipping services set up for your country yet.

Your Vlour piece arrives beautifully packaged in its own sapphire pouch and gift box. We recommend using the pouch to keep your jewelry protected while traveling.

We’re proud to offer a full 1-year warranty on all jewelry purchased through our website only. After the one-year period, replacements or refunds are not available, but our jewelry care guide is always here to help you keep your pieces looking as beautiful as the day they arrived.

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. Eligible Items We accept returns and exchanges on only new items. Used items must not show excessive wear, abuse, or damage beyond fitting purposes. Items must be returned in their original packaging (if available) along with any included accessories.
